You can also cook different-sized products at the same time with the “thick” setting. Simply use the
“Next” function as described in section 1.
Breaded products brown best if they are brushed evenly on both sides with clarified butter, oil or fat.
The addition of paprika beneath the breadcrumbs also helps browning. There are also special fats
that promote browning available.
