here becomes the base value on which this correction is carried out.

Adjusts the voltage applied to the charge roller when generating the Vsdp ID sensor pattern
(as part of charge roller voltage correction). The actual charge-roller voltage is obtained
by adding this value to the value of SP 2001 1.
