Steering System
Caution
z Check all wires and cables if they are
interfered with the rotation of steering handle
bar.
Lift the front wheel out of ground.
Turn handle from right to left alternative and check
if turning is smoothly.
If handle turning is uneven and bending, or the
handle can be operated in vertical direction, then
adjust the handle top bearing.
Suspension System
Caution
z Do not ride the motorcycle with poor shock
absorber.
z Looseness, wear or damage shock absorber
will make poor stability and drive ability.
Front shock absorber
Hold front brake lever and press down the front
shock absorber for several times to check its
operation.
Hold front brake lever and push forward the front
shock absorber for several times to check its
locking status.
Check if it is scratched or leaking.
Replace damaged and non-repairable
components.
Tighten all nuts and bolts.
Rear Shock absorber
Press down the rear shock absorber for several
times to check its operation.
Check if it is scratched or leaking.
Replace damaged and non-repairable
components.
Park the motorcycle with main standard.
Start engine and let the rear wheel rotate after
increased engine rpm.
Check engine for any parts loose or shaking.
Also check the engine suspension bushing for
wear out. Replace the bushing if worn out.
Tighten all nuts and bolts.
