Note
In the event of repair, the complete component must be renewed.
Removing:
– Remove switch module window lifter, driver side
⇒ page 250 .
– Unclip installation frame for switch from trim.
– Release locking lugs -arrows- and remove switch from the in‐
stallation frame.
Installing:
Install in reverse order of removal.
3.3 Removing and installing driver side in‐
terior locking button for central locking
system -E308-
Note
The driver side interior locking button for central locking system -
E308- features a button illumination bulb -L76- , which must not
be replaced individually.
Removing:
– Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers.
– Remove door trim ⇒ General body repairs, interior; Rep. Gr.
70 ; Removing and installing front door trim, driver side .
– Disconnect connector -1- and tighten securing bolts -2-.
– Take door opener with switch out of the door trim.
