1-8 Introduction
Specifications
WPC 2000 specifications are shown in Table 1-1.

Control Enclosure: 14.00 x 19.62 x 7.00 in. (355.6 x 498.3 x 177.8 mm), NEMA 12,
shock-mounted.
Panel Mount: 7.50 x 10.00 in. (190.5 x 254.0 mm)
Standard items include 6-digit LED display, display indicators, crank-angle
clock, Interrupted Stroke and Brake Warning LEDs, Reset/Select button,
Mute lamp, and Settings key switch. Enclosure also provides Stroke Select
key switch and holes for two optional key switches.

Resolver
0.75 in. (19 mm) keyed shaft. Rated shaft loading: 200 lb axial, 200 lb
radial.
Operator Station
NEMA 12. Includes two palm buttons, Top-stop, Emergency-stop, and Prior
Act buttons, and palm time and mute lamps. Pre-wired; unwired version
also available.
Dual Safety Valve (DSV)
Available in 0.75 in. (19 mm) or 1 in. (25 mm) Ross DM2 models.
Air Pressure Switch
12-150 PSI. Monitors clutch air supply pressure.
Wintriss AC Power
Supply (Included)
Input: 100-240 ± 10% Vac (universal switching), 75 VA, 50/60 Hz.
Output: 24 ± 1% Vdc, 200 mA maximum for customer use including
auxiliary outputs.
