Scan one of the following bar codes to enable or disable decoding UPC bar codes with reduced quiet zones. If you
select Enable, select a 1D Quiet Zone Level on page 12-86.
Transmit UPC-A Check Digit
Parameter # 40 (SSI # 28h)
The check digit is the last character of the symbol used to verify the integrity of the data. Scan the appropriate bar
code below to transmit the bar code data with or without the UPC-A check digit. It is always verified to guarantee
the integrity of the data.
