6.13.3 Executing recovery when the engine is OK
and the A/C system is not OK
i After executing step 19 of chapter 6.13.1, the follow-
ing screen is displayed.
1. Follow the instructions on the screen and press E.
The following screen is displayed.
2. Follow the instruction on the screen and press E.
The recovery phase is initiated.
i After the oil drain is completed, the following
screen is displayed.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen and press E.
i The recovery phase continues till the absolute
pressure is 600 mbar. When the recovery is com-
pleted, other phases are executed automatically.
After the filling phase is completed, the “Hose
Drain” screen is displayed.
i If any error occurs during recovery, vacuuming or
Oil/UV dye recharge phases, the automatic mode
will not proceed to the filling phase and the “Hose
Drain” screen will not be displayed.
Caution - Risk of frostbite!
If refrigerant escapes, there is a risk of
frostbite to the hands and body.
¶ Carefully disconnect filling hoses as all
hoses can contain pressurized refrigerant.
i See chapter 6.5.1 and execute steps 21 to 25 to
complete the service.
