5.3.4 Installing the wheel in the SUNTOUR fork
Only applies to Suntour forks with this equipment
5.3.4.1 Screw-on axle (12AH2 and 15AH2)
Only applies to Suntour forks with this
equipment
Before installing the wheel, ensure that the O-ring
is in the right position on the thread piece.
1 Insert the front wheel into the fork ends.
2 Insert the axle into the hub on the drive side.

3 Use a 6 mm hex key to tighten the axle using
between 8 and 10 Nm. The axle thread must
be visible.

4 Insert the securing screw on the non-drive
side.

5 Tighten the securing screw with a 5 mm hex
key using between 5 and 6 Nm.
Figure 87: Tightening the securing screw
The wheel is now fitted.
