Diagnostics Screen - Media Room
The following status information is provided for each device in the room:
• If the device is online and detected by the system, a green wireless network icon
or wired network icon is shown in the box to the right of the device name.
• If the device is offline or not detected by the system, a network icon with a red x
( or ) is shown.
• If a network connection cannot be determined or if the device is being scanned, a
network icon with a question mark over the icon is shown.
• If a serial device is functioning and is associated with a COM port in the system, a
signal pulse icon is shown. If a serial device is functioning but is not associated
with a COM port, a signal pulse icon with a red x is shown.
• If an IR device is functioning and is associated with an IR port in the system, a
beamed signal icon is shown. If an IR device is functioning but is not
associated with an IR port, a beamed signal icon with a red x is shown.
• If a CEC device is functioning and is associated with a CEC port in the system, a
port icon is shown. If a CEC device is functioning but it not associated with a
CEC port in the system, a port icon with a red x is shown.
• If the device is part of a scene, a white scene icon is shown.
• If the device is running an outdated firmware version that is not supported by the
system, a red computer chip icon is shown.
• If the device is battery-operated and has low battery power, a low battery icon
is shown.
