 Function
 This function is only available when DL_ MotionControlLight is V1.2.0.0 or later.
 This instruction is used to set the parameters related to tension control. Before running tension control, we must use
this function block to configure settings.
 There are 4 modes of TensionCtrlMode. The following describles each mode architecture.
 TensionCloseLoop_SpeedMode (tension closed-loop control, speed mode)
 In this mode, the driver is set to speed mode for tension control.
