■ Device Properties Submenu
Select [Device Properties] in the [Adapter Properties] window and press the [Enter] key to display the
submenu.
■ RAID Properties Submenu
Select [RAID Properties] in the [Adapter Properties] window and press the [Enter] key to display the
submenu.

Item Setting Description
Restore Defaults Reads default values for the controller.
MT/Sec 160 (Unchangeable) Sets the maximum transfer rate.
MB/Sec Displays the maximum transfer rate.
Data Width 16 (Unchangeable) Specifies the maximum data transfer width.
Scan ID Yes (Unchangeable) Sets whether or not to scan this device at startup.
Scan LUNs > 0 Yes (Unchangeable) Sets whether or not to scan LUN=1 and subsequent
LUNs at startup.
Dis-connect On (Unchangeable) Sets whether or not to permit disconnection during
command execution.
SCSI Timeout 10 Specifies the timeout period during command
execution.
Queue Tags On (Unchangeable) Sets whether or not to support tagged command
queues.

Item Setting Description
Array Disk? • Yes
• No (Initial value)
Sets whether or not to configure an array. Set to
[Yes] to configure an array system (RAID 1) using
onboard SCSI controller.
Hot Spare • Yes
• No (Initial value)
Sets whether or not to configure a hot spare.
Delete Array
Deletes the RAID configuration when the array system is configured. You can
select this only when array system is configured.
Add/Delete Hot Spare The server does not support this setting.
