2.7 CONFIGURATION FILE STORAGE
The G1000 NXi is designed to store all configuration settings in various places so the
configuration of the system is retained in the aircraft during maintenance. Figure 2-15
and Figure 2-16 show a block diagram of how a typical G1000 NXi stores configuration
settings.

GMA 1347 includes the GMA 1360D, GIA 63W includes the GIA 64W, and
the GEA 71 includes the GEA 71B in Figure 2-15.
