Gilera GP 800 i.e. - Refitting the Intake Manifold

- Tighten the two screws indicated in the figure with
"1" and "2" to limit the reciprocal sliding of the cover
surface with the head surface.
- Tighten the remaining 4 screws in a crossed se-
quence (3, 4, 5, 6).
N.B.
CHECK THE PROPER POSITION OF THE GAS-
KET.
Locking torques (N*m)
Tappet cover fixing screws: 7 - 9
Refitting the intake manifold
- Fit the intake manifold on the engine.
- Fit the six fixing screws and tighten to the pre-
scribed torque.
