Gilera GP 800 i.e. - Front and Rear Brake Pad Replacement

Removal
- Remove the brake calliper.
- Remove the two stop clips and slide off the pin.
- Remove the two pads.
- Check the thickness of the friction material. Re-
place the pads if the thickness is below the mini-
mum value.
Characteristic
Minimum friction material thickness
1.5 mm
- In case of uneven wear, replace the pads when
the thickness difference in the friction material is
0.5 mm.
