Apply locking agent
to
the handlebar weight screw

threads.
Install the left handlebar weight
[2]
and
handlebar
weight screw, then tighten it to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 9 N·m (0.9 kgf·m, 7
lbHt)
Install the left handlebar switch [1] by aligning the
locating
pin
with the hole
on
the handlebar.
Install the two screws
[1]
and tighten the front side
screw first
to
the specified torque, then tighten the rear
side screw
to
the specified torque.
TORQUE: 2.5 N·m (0.26 kgf.m, 1.8
lbHt)
Install the rear brake lever bracket [1] and holder
[2]
with the
"UP"
mark
[3]
facing
up.
Align the edge of the rear brake lever bracket with the
punch mark
[4]
on
the handlebar and tighten the upper
bolt
[5]
first
to
the specified torque, then tighten the
lower bolt
[6]
to
the specified torque.
TORQUE: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf-m, 9
lbHt)
