Installing EISA Accessory Cards

utility.
The conguration for EISA cards is determined when the
system reads a le in the follo
wing directory:
/etc/eisa
A le in this directory applies to y
our system and contains
information as to how many slots are available and how they
are identied. Your system will giveyou an error message
should you attempt to address a card having a numerical i.d.
which exceeds the numb er of EISA slots available on your
system.
The available number of EISA slots is as follows:
Mo dels 745i/50 or 745i/100: 4 EISA slots.
Mo dels 747i/50 or 747i/100: 2 EISA slots.
