If the indicator blinks once every 2s (0.5 Hz), the
FPIC is in the normal state state.
If the indicator blinks twice every 1s (2 Hz), the FPIC
is in the alarm state.
If the indicator is off, the link is Down.
If the indicator is on, the link is Up.
If the indicator is blinking, data is being read or
written.

A.2.1 Fan Module Indicators
Table A-6 shows the status and descriptions of the indicators.
Table A-6 Description of the indicators on the fan module
If the indicator blinks once
every two seconds (0.5 Hz),
it indicates that the fan
module works normally.
If the indicator is steady on,
it indicates that the fan
module,PEM or filtering
box is faulty.
A.2.2 Power Module Indicators
Table A-7 shows the status and meaning of the indicators of the DC-input power module.
Table A-7 Description of the indicators of the DC-DC convertor
Indicates normal power output. If the indicator is on, it
implies a normal output.
Power failure indicator. If the indicator is constantly on, it
indicates the following:
The lightning protection link of the power module
failed.
The power module does not have input power.
