– Remove screws 8. Remove the fork protector from above.
6.8 Installing the fork legs

– Slide on the fork protector from above and position it. Mount and tighten screws 1.
Guideline
Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft)

– Slide the fork legs into the triple clamps on both sides.
Info
The bleeder screws must face forwards.
The second groove A of the fork leg must be flush with the upper edge of
the upper triple clamp.
The upper fork overhang must be the same on both sides.
– Tighten screws 2 on both sides.
Guideline
Screw, top triple clamp M8 17 Nm
(12.5 lbf ft)
Screw, bottom triple clamp M8 12 Nm (8.9 lbf ft)

– Position the wheel speed sensor. Mount and tighten screws 3.

Screw, wheel speed sensor M4 1 Nm

– Secure the cable with cable binders 4.

– Position the brake line, wiring harness, and clamp.
– Mount and tighten screws 5.
