(2) Disassembling Hydrostatic Transmission
HSTFan
1. Unscrew the HST fan mounting screws (1), and remove the
HST fan (3).
2. Unscrew the set screw (5), and remove the flange (4).

(5) Set Screw
(3) HST Fan
16T Gear and Speed Change Arm
1. Remove the external snap ring (6).
2. Remove the 16T gear (s) and collar (4) on the motor shaft (3).

2'.Remove the 16T gear (5') on the motor shaft (3). (8)
3. Tap out the spring pin (2), and remove the speed change arm
(1 ) .
• NOTE
• 16T gear was modified.
• (A) : Previous 16T 6ear is used for 61700 (-SIN 10640),
G1800
(-SIN 20696), 61800-S (-SIN 50410), G1900 (-SIN
20385) and 61900-S (-SIN 50325).
• (B) : Modified 16T Gear is used for 61700 (SIN 10641-),
61800 (SIN 20697-), G1800-S (SIN 50411-), G1900 (SIN
20386-) and G1900-S (SIN 50326-).

(6) External Snap Ring
(4) Collar
Charge Relief Valve
1. Unscrew the relief plug (3), and remove the spring (2) and
charge relief cone
(1) .
• NOTE
• If shims are placed at the bottom of the relief plug bore,
keep them.
