DISASSEMBLING
AND ASSEMBLING
Relief Valve
1. Unscrew the plug (1). and remove the washer (2),
shim (3), spring (4) and steel ball (5).
(When reassembling)
• IMPORTANT
•
After reassembling the relief valve, be sure to
adjust its setting pressure. (See page 5.6-4)

Removing Lift Cylinder
1. Disconnect the cylinder hose (2) from the lift
cylinder.
2. Remove the clevis pins (1), (3), and remove the lift
cylinder (6).
(When reassembling)
• Use hydraulic thread sealer on the taper thread of
cylinder hose.
Tightening torque
Cylinder hose
14.7to 19.6N·m
1.5 to 2.0 kgf·m
1 O.S to 14.5 ft·lbs
