1. Remove the wheel cap (5 or 6).
2. Pull out the cotter pin (4), and remove the washer (3).
3. Tap outthe kingpin (1) from the front wheel (2).

Front Axle End Play
1. Jack up the front of frame.
2. Measure the clearance between the front axle (1) and
adjusting shim (2).
3. If the measurement exceeds the allowable limit, replace the
adjusting shim (2).
