FRONT BRAKE CALIPER
DISASSEMBLY
Drain the front brake hydraulic system (refer
to the “FRONT BRAKE FLUID” section in
this chapter).
Remove the oil bolt (1), sealing washers and
brake hose from the brake caliper.
Remove the brake pads and caliper (refer to
the “FRONT BRAKE PAD” section in this
chapter).
Remove the caliper bracket (2) from the
caliper body.
Do not remove the caliper and bracket
pins unless replacement.
