NUTS/BOLTS/FASTENERS
Check all important chassis nuts and bolts for
looseness.
Tighten them to their specified torque values
if any looseness is found.
WHEELS/TIRES
Tire pressure
Insufficient air pressure in the tires not only
hastens tire wear but also seriously affects the
stability of the scooter. Under inflated tires
make smooth cornering difficult and
overinflated tires decrease the amount of tire
in contact with the ground which can lead to
skids and loss of control. Be sure that the tire
pressure is within the specified limits at all
times. Tire pressure should only be adjusted
when the tires are cold.
