5.4.4 Casings / front covers

Dismantle the side / back casing
Dismantle the bean container
Dismantle the cup plate
Remove any screws that you replaced temporarily.
You may not need to remove all the
casings as this depends on the main-
tenance work you have to do.
The side casings of machines with the
refrigerator option are screwed onto
the refrigerator side casing. The elec-
trical connections are made through a
cut out slot in these casings. (To dis-
connect the connections: see further
down in this sub-section).
1. Tilt the side and back casings outwards slightly, then
2. lift up the casings and lift them out of the brackets on the
bottom frame; remove the side casings.
3. Release the ventilator cable from the terminals gate and
remove the back casing, or raise the refrigerator with the
side casing of the coffee machine and lift the left-hand
side casing out of the brackets on the bottom frame;
place the refrigerator on one side, then disconnect the
cables and hoses.
Dismantling the front covers
Depending on the optional features installed,
manometers are installed in the two front
covers. Their pipes must be disconnected
before dismantling takes place.
1. Disconnect the connection pipes to the manometer:
Brewing pressure manometer: Loosen the union
nut to the instant heater for coffee supply pipe, dis-
connect the pipe
BOOSTER
Loosen connection nut on the no-return valve at the
flow meter, disconnect pipe
Steam pressure manometer: Loosen the union nut
to the overpressure valve pipe; disconnect the pipe
2. Unscrew the fixing screws for the front covers.
3. Remove the front covers
