5.4.7 Brewing unit

Preparation
Dismantle the bean container
Dismantle the cup plate
Dismantle the casings without the front covers.
Swivel the dispenser carriage upwards
1. Loosen the safety lever and swivel it to the side
2. Pull out the elbow union from the outlet connection piece
Take the plastic ball out of the elbow union or out of the
outlet connection piece, and keep by
3. Remove the inlet
4. Unscrew the bottom screws on the guide rails for the
dispenser carriage, then push the dispenser carriage
downwards somewhat.
5. Dismantle the cable holder on the left-hand holding
blade
6. Swivel the dispenser carriage with the guide rails up and
forwards
Remove the brewing unit (without Booster)
7. Loosen the screw fitting on the brewing pipe at the el-
bow after the holding blade bushing; disconnect the pipe
8. Unscrew the screws on the holder (seal!)
9. Take out the brewing unit together with the holder
10. Remove the holder from the brewing unit
