Operating condition
When the foamer head is installed, there is a signal present at plug X9 1.
Symptoms
No signal present when the foamer head is installed. No fault message displays in the event of this fault. The 36VS electrical
circuit has been interrupted by the main relay.

Check the voltage supply (see

Take voltage measurement at the
terminals rear casing panel::
36 V DC ?
Plug contacts on power PCB
faulty / oxidised
Cable broken or pulled out of
terminal / plug
The switch is faulty
Switch insufficiently depressed;
foamer head not correctly fitted
Mechanical defect on fastening
device
Check / replace plug contacts
Replace cable or reinsert it into
the terminal
Replace the switch
Check the switch / foamer head
and adjust
Replace faulty parts

unit control system:

Plug contacts on unit control sys-
tem faulty / oxidised
Cable broken or pulled out of
terminal / plug
Check / replace plug contacts
Replace cable or reinsert it into
the terminal
Restart the machine.
