4.5.6 Directional negative/zero sequence power protection 32N
Directional negative/zero sequence power protection (32N) is used to detect the direction
of negative sequence power or residual power.
Release signal is given if the angle difference between polarizing and operating quantity
is in predefined direction (forward or reverse direction). The release signal is given with a
definite time delay.
