PARKING BRAKE LEVER
Removal Procedure
1. Release the parking brake.
2. Remove the center console. Refer toSection 9G,
Interior Trim.
3. Measure the thread length from the end of the pull
rod to the adjustment nut.
4. Remove the split pin which holds the eye bolt pull
rod to the parking brake lever assembly.
5. Detach the eye bolt pull rod but leave the pull rod
connected to the equalizer which is attached to the
parking brake cables.
