Chapter 1 Safety Information and Precautions
This user manual includes some very important safety warnings and notices. There are two types of safety notice,
and you must comply with both types of notice.
It indicates that failure to comply with the notice may result in severe personal injury or even death.
It indicates that failure to comply with the notice may result in moderate or minor personal injury and
damage to the equipment.
Read the following safety information and instructions carefully so that you understand how to install, commission,
operate and maintain the AC drive system. Inovance accepts no liability or responsibility for any injury or loss
caused by improper operation of the equipment described in the manual.
1.1 Safety Information
Use Stage Safety Grade Precautions
Before
installation
•
Do not install the equipment if you nd water seepage, component missing or
damage upon unpacking.
•
Do not install the equipment if the packing list does not conform to the product
you received.
•
Handle the equipment with care during transportation to prevent damage to the
equipment.
•
Do not use the equipment with any damaged or missing component. Failure to
comply may result in personal injury.
•
Do not touch the components with your hands. Failure to comply may result in
static electricity damage.
During
installation
•
Install the equipment on incombustible objects such as metal, and keep it away
from combustible materials. Failure to comply may result in a re.
•
Do not loosen the xed screws of the components, especially the screws with red
mark.
•
Do not drop wire end or screw into the equipment. Failure to comply will result in
equipment damage
•
Install the AC drive in places free of vibration and direct sunlight.
•
When two or more AC drives are installed in the same cabinet, arrange the
installation position properly to ensure the cooling effect.
