- Position and tighten hose clamp •.
- Attach engine vent hose • to the carburetor.
- Connect the cables.
- Check the throttle cable routing.

- Move the handlebar to the straight-ahead position.
- Turn adjusting
screw" in as far as possible.
- Turn adjusting
screw. so that there is play in the throttle cable at the throttle
grip.
- Tighten nut
•.
- Press and hold the throttle grip in the closed setting. Turn adjusting screw. out
until there
is no play in the cable •.
- Tighten nut •.
- Position the carburetor cover. Mount and tighten screw •.
- Push bellows. on. Check the throttle grip for smooth operation.
- Install the carburetor connection boot.

- Install the fuel tank. (r p. 67)
- Check the play
in the throttle cable. (r p. 38)

- Check the throttle valve sensor.
