- Remove upper sliding bushing II.

I Gently pull them apart without using any tool.

- Take off the lower sliding bushing e.
- Take off support ring •.
- Take off seal ring e.
- Take off lock ring e.
- Take off dust boot e.
- Take out the fork leg.
Cartridle disassembl

I The steps are identical for both fork legs.
- Disassemble the fork legs. ( -- p. 16)

Remove fluid barrier 0 from the piston rod.
I Clamping stand (Tl4016S) ( -- p. 265)
- Remove piston rod • from the cartridge.
