2) Adjusting procedure
1. Loosen the lock nut of the overload relief
valve, turn the adjusting screw with a hex
wrench to set the pressure and tighten the lock
nut after setting.
2. With the engine running at maximum rpm,
operate the lever and check the set pressure.
3. After the measurement, return the pressure of
the main relief valve to the original set
pressure.
1) Measuring procedure
1. Remove the adaptor plug (P
3
discharge) of
main pump discharge side and connect thereto
a pressured gauge.
2. Support the bucket with a strongly-built stand.
3. Operate the swivel lever slowly and measure
the brake valve relief pressure while operating
the engine at maximum rpm.
4. Repeat the pressure measurement 3 times,
obtain the average and adopt it as measured
value.
* Measure the pressure at oil temperature of
50±5°C.
