Circuit breaker racking-in/
racking-out operations
The following is the procedure for the insertion of the moving part in the fixed part:
WARNING!
Make sure the circuit-breaker is disconnected from all sources of energy.
Switch the circuit-breaker to the open position with springs discharged.
WARNING! Before proceeding, remove all equipment used during the work and remove
processing waste and materials used.
1. Make sure that signalling device on the fixed part indicates the DISCONNECT position. See Figure
79.

2. Position the moving part in the fixed part and push until it comes to a stop. See Figure 80 and Figure
81.

3. Extract the disconnection crank from its housing See Figure 82.
4. Press the lock pushbutton and insert the crank in the moving part. In this phase the moving part is still
in DISCONNECT position. See Figure 83.
