Remove the cap (3) and top up the
system.

Checking brake fluid
•
Rest the vehicle on its stand.
•
For the front brake, turn the handlebar
all the way to the left.
•
For the rear brake, keep the vehicle
upright so that the fluid in the reservoir
is at the same level as the plug.
•
Make sure that the fluid level in the res-
ervoir is above the "MIN" reference
mark:
MIN = minimum level
MAX = maximum level
If the fluid does not reach at least the "MIN" refer-
ence mark:
•
Check brake pads and discs for wear.
•
If the pads and/or the disc do not need
replacing, top up the fluid.
•
If the pads and/or the disc have to be
replaced, check the brake fluid and top
up if necessary.
Top-up
RISK OF BRAKE FLUID SPILLING. DO NOT OPERATE THE BRAKE LEVER IF THE BRAKE FLUID
RESERVOIR CAP IS LOOSE OR HAS BEEN REMOVED.
