Adjusting the Alarm Volume and Monitor Volume
You can set the alarm and monitor volume.
NOTE
• The monitor volume is the tone that is emitted when this machine makes a connection to the other
party’s fax machine.
• The default settings are as follows:
- Alarm volume: 4
- Monitor volume: 4
1 Call up the desired screen as follows:
2 Press “▲” or “▼” to set the alarm volume and monitor volume, and
press “OK.”
The volume can be set from 0 to 8.
If you set the volume to 0, no tone sounds.
NOTE
• Press “Cancel” if you want to cancel your selection.
3 Press “Done. ”
The specified mode is set.
Press “Done” repeatedly until the Fax Basic Features screen appears.
