Erasing the Contents of a Stored Memory Box
You can erase the contents of a memory box.
IMPORTANT
You cannot erase the contents of a memory box while communication is taking place, or if there is a
document in the memory box.

Call up the desired screen as follows:

Select the memory box you want to erase, and press “Erase.
Press “” or “ ” if the desired memory box is not displayed.
To select the desired memory box using - (numeric keys), press “OK” after
entering the memory box number.
If a password is set for the memory box, enter the password using - (numeric
keys), and press “OK.”
