Sending Reduced or Enlarged Documents
(Zoom TX)
This mode provides you with two ways to send scanned originals at a reduced or enlarged
size: reducing/enlarging documents at standard ratios, or by % increments.
■ Reducing/Enlarging Documents at Standard Ratios:
Use this method to reduce or enlarge documents at standard ratios.
■ Reducing/Enlarging Documents by % Increments:
Use this method to reduce or enlarge documents at any ratio in 1% increments.
NOTE
•
Even if you specify the size of the document you are sending, it may be printed on a different size
paper if the receiving fax machine does not have the size of paper set from your fax machine.

Place the original press “Special Features” press “Zoom TX.”

Specify the reduction/enlargement ratios.
● When reducing/enlarging at a standard size:
Select the reduction key for scale-down, or the enlargement key for scale-up, and
press “Done.”
