Special Fax Functions
Printing or Erasing Documents in a Memory Box
You can print or erase documents stored in a memory box.

Make sure the machine is ready to send press “Special Features”
press “Memory Box.
The Memory Box Select screen is displayed.

Press the memory box number you want to use.
Press “” or “” if the memory box you want to select is not displayed.
If you want to specify the memory box number using - (numeric keys), press “OK”
after entering the memory box number.
NOTE
If the memory box is set with a password, a locked mark is displayed next to the icon of the
memory box.
is displayed for a memory box containing stored documents.
