Using a Memory Box (Memory Box)

Printing or Erasing Documents in a Memory Box
You can print or erase documents stored in a memory box.
1 Make sure the machine is ready to send press “Special Features”
press “Memory Box.”
The Memory Box Select screen is displayed.
2 Press the memory box number you want to use.
Press “▲” or “▼” if the memory box you want to select is not displayed.
If you want to specify the memory box number using - (numeric keys), press “OK”
after entering the memory box number.
NOTE
• If the memory box is set with a password, a locked mark is displayed next to the icon of the
memory box.
• is displayed for a memory box containing stored documents.
