Setting the Output of a Communication Report
This machine can automatically output a receiving/sending results report and a memory box
receiving/sending report.
NOTE
The Report Settings screen is made up of several screens. Use

Setting Automatic Output of a TX Report
The TX report enables you to check whether or not the documents were sent correctly to the
intended destination. A sending result report can automatically be printed after documents
are sent. You can also set the machine to print a TX report only when a transmission error
occurs.
NOTE
For an example of a Transmission report, see ‘Appendix, on p. 9-1.
The default setting is “For Error Only.
