DEC time for jogging means the time needed
for the VFD to decelerate from the max.

When the set frequency is within the range of
jump frequency, the VFD runs at the
boundary of jump frequency.
The VFD can avoid mechanical resonance
points by setting jump frequencies. The VFD
supports the setting of three jump
frequencies. If the jump frequency points are
set to 0, this function is invalid.
