(2) Disassembling and Assembling
Stator
1. Remove the nut (3) and separate the stator comp. (4).
2. Unscrew the screws (1) and remove the stator (2).
(When reassembling)
Rotor
1. Tap out the shaft (1) from the rotor (3).
(When reassembling)
A Take care the direction of the collar (4), the flat side should
face to the pulley (2) side
(3) Servicing
Bearing
1. Check the bearing for smooth rotation.
2. If it does not rotate smoothly, replace it.
Tightening torque Nut
39.2 to 44.1
4.0 to 4.5
28.9 to 32.5 ft-lbs
