1. ENGINE BODY
[1] HALF-FLOATING HEAD COVER
The rubber packing is fitting in to maintain the head
cover 0.5 mm or so off the cylinder head. This
arrangement helps reduce noise coming from the
cylinder head.
[2] GEAR CASE
The engine has a gear case where the cooling fins are
set up around the oil passage. Therefore, the
temperature of engine oil is decreased by the wind
generated by the cooling fan.
