7.6.74.6 Fault indications
Fault indications for the synchronization via system bus
Fault Cause Remedy

Controller was enabled in an unsynchronized
state (SYNC1-STAT = LOW)
Enable controller only after SYNC1-STAT = HIGH
The time between two sync telegrams is
faulty
C0362 displays the period between two sync telegrams.

Set the time in C1121/1 to the time in C0362.

Adapt the time of the sync telegram from the master
Fault indications for the synchronization via terminal

Enable controller only after SYNC1-STAT = HIGH
No sync signal Connect sync signal to terminal X5/E5

Configuration example CAN-SYNC
Maintain the following sequence during the commissioning:

2. - Inhibit controller

1. Send new setpoint to all slaves
2. Send SYNC telegram
3. All slaves must respond
