6.18.10 Overtemperature protection

Solar energy charges the DHW storage tank to the set maximum DHW charging level.
Note!
Function Protective collector overtemperature can reactivate the collector pump until
the maximum storage tank temperature is reached.

5051 Storage tank temp max
If the storage tank temperature reaches the maximum set here, the charging process is
aborted. It is released again when the storage tank temperature drops 1 °C below its
maximum.

6.18.11 Frost protection for the DHW storage tank
If the DHW temperature drops below the Frost protection level of 7 °C, the electric
immersion heater is released, independent of the operating mode. When the DHW
storage tank temperature returns to a level of 10 °C, the electric immersion heater is
locked again.
If there is no electric immersion heater, the heat source is released whenever the DHW
temperature falls below 5 °C. When the DHW storage tank temperature returns to a
level of 10 °C, the heat source is locked again.
Note!
This function cannot be deactivated.
