1.4 Removing and installing left bucket seat
trim
Note
Removal and installation is described for the left vehicle side.
Follow same instructions for the right side as appropriate.
1.4.1 Removing
– Remove front seat ⇒ page 260 .
– Remove bolt -1- (2.5 Nm).
– Pull handle -3- upwards and press metal tab of securing clip
-2- inwards using a small screwdriver. Pull handle off adjuster
lever -4-.
Note
For greater clarity, fastener is shown removed in figure.
– Remove fastener -2- from adjustment lever -4-.
– Using assembly tool -3399- , grasp behind one of the three
locking devices of the backrest adjustment knob -5-.
– Lever assembly tool -3399- outwards -arrow A- and release
backrest adjustment knob from seat.
– Press clamping pin -7- inwards and remove securing clip -6-.
– Release trim -8- from mountings on seat.
