1.13 Removing and installing bar and oper‐
ating lever on electrically adjustable

Note
Removal and installation is described for the left vehicle side.
Follow same instructions for the right side as appropriate.
1.13.1 Removing
– Switch off ignition.
– Remove left side trim of electric adjustable seat ⇒ page 267 .
– Remove the two bolts -1- (3.5 Nm) and remove bar -2- from
seat frame.
– Remove the two bolts -3- (3.5 Nm) and remove bar -4- and
spacer -5- from seat frame.
