2.2 Removing and installing backrest
2.2.1 Removing
– Remove bench seat ⇒ page 304 .
– Fold back floor covering in area of backrest centre mounting
-4-.
– Remove trim -1- from backrest centre mounting.
– Remove bolt -2- (9 Nm).
– Release clamp -3- from backrest centre mounting.
– Lift right backrest -5- out of backrest centre mounting and pull
backrest off pin -6-.
– Remove bolt -8- (40 Nm) and remove belt buckle -9- from floor.
– Remove right-hand backrest from vehicle.
– Lift left-hand backrest -7- out of backrest centre mounting and
pull backrest off pin.
