Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Remove the Duplex Unit, REP 10.1.
2. Remove the Waste Toner Cartridge.
3. Remove the Left Cover, REP 28.3.
4. Disconnect P/J29 from the bias contact cover.
5. Remove 5 screws (metal) that secure the bias contact cover to the chassis, Figure 1.

6. Remove 2 screws (Gold, metal) that secure the Pipe Assembly.
7. Pull the assembly from the chassis to remove, Figure 2.
