Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Remove the Duplex Unit, REP 10.1.
2. Remove the IP Board Cover, REP 28.1.
3. Remove the Right Cover, REP 28.2.
4. Remove the MCU Board, REP 3.4.
5. Disconnect P/J37 from the Duplex Dive Assembly.
6. Remove 4 screws (Gold, metal) that secure the assembly to the chassis, Figure 1.

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
WARNING
Do not touch the Fuser while it is hot.
1. Remove the Rear Door, REP 28.6.
2. Remove 4 thumbscrews that secure the Fuser in the chassis.
3. Hold the handles and slide the Fuser from the chassis, Figure 1.
