Print
This section describes how to print with the machine by operating on a computer.
Print Features
The main print features of the machine are as follows:
Printing Using a Print Driver

For more information on print features, click [Help] on the print driver screen to view the print driver's help. For information on
printing, refer to "Printing" (P.523).

Some features become available after you make option settings on the [Configuration] tab. The unavailable
features are grayed out.
îš„ Pages Per Sheet (N-Up)
Prints multiple pages onto one sheet of paper.
îš„ 2-Sided Print
Prints data on both sides of paper.
îš„ Poster
Splits one page of print data into multiple sheets of paper and enlarges the printed image
to fit the size of each sheet. Used to create large posters.
îš„ Booklet Creation
Performs 2-sided printing and page allocation for printing a booklet in the correct page
order.
îš„ Watermark
Prints preset text, such as "Confidential", over the print data.

This feature may not be available depending on the model or your machine configuration. For information,
contact out Customer Support Center.
îš„ Secure Print
Temporarily stores the print data on the machine, to print it with the print command from
the machine. This feature allows you to set a passcode, which is helpful to print confidential
documents.

îš„ Sample Set
Before printing multiple sets of a document, you can first print one set for trial, and then
print the remaining sets from the machine.
